Unfortunately our only daughter looks more often as she is pictured in photo 2 than she is in photo 1. It must always be remembered that Hortense had a very difficult kittenhood. Naming her after the step-daughter of Napoleon does not seem to have improved her self-image at all.
*Chuckle* Well, Hortense does seem like an unusual name, but photo #2 is priceless. I have been a frequent visitor to your blog for sometime after discovering it by way of Lauren. Have always enjoyed the photos you post!
