The Memorial is actually built over the sunken USS Arizona. 
They told us the architect designed this memorial with the "dip" in the middle to represent a very low point in our country's history.
When you are inside, you can look down in the water and see the ship.
Linda and Ken are looking at the names of the men lost that day.
