Both cats covet the radiator when the heat is on. Hortense got it first, but Jake thought he might like to have a turn.
All he has to do is stare at her, and she gets all bent out of shape.
Jake is not the least bit intimidated by her hissing.
She finally couldn't take it any more and gave up her spot.

One would think that life on the farm would be very peaceful, but living with these two beasts is like sharing a home with a pair of wildcats.
It's a shame Hortense and Isis can't hang out. Isis would definitely be able to teach her a thing or two about feline wrestling!
