Today is Jake's fourth birthday!

Jake cooperated very nicely for his birthday photos....

........then decided to eat his cake in one bite.

We had an impromptu "Happy Hour" at the farm this afternoon.

.......when Peter decided to give an impromptu tractor ride.

He created a seat of honor for Priscilla.......

.........she wasn't too sure about it, but she was a good sport!

Norm gave an impromptu lesson on thinning fruit...

Priscilla did end up enjoying her "special" seat!

At the end of the tour, Peter had us all pay homage to the new barn roof that Norm and Tim just finished yesterday.

My birthday celebration continued into the evening.

Bree made me a delicious chocolate cake, and Priscilla decorated it!!

I got so many presents...........

Bree made a huge pot of chili!!

It was yummy!!.....

It was a beautiful spring weekend to celebrate a "big" birthday!

The bees are back!!

Wednesday morning we found the hives tipped over........

.......and this one was trashed!

The "bee keeper" took the bees away. Peter, Norm and Tim are trying to build an electric enclosure to keep the hives safe so he will bring the hives back. We NEED the bees.......the apples blossoms are about to burst!
