When I was cleaning out Grandpa Bob's apartment, I found a collection of old photographs from the late 1800's. They were all labeled and marked on the back by the photographer.
We took them to the photography curator at the New Bedford Whaling Museum. 
He had never seen most of the images before,...and needless to say, he enjoyed looking at them.

On January 23rd Solveig & I are driving to New Bedford. We are going to donate these old pictures to the New Bedford Whaling Museum. The person in the picture is named Michael Lapides. He is the director of photography at the museum. May Grandpa Bob's pictures be enjoyed by all forever and ever!
